and abroad The manufacturing unit located at CHAKAN (off Pune 22 km) having registered
office at Chinchwad.

Beginning with Highly Sophisticated state of art 1450T Extrusion line with online
Isothermal extrusion control supported by automatic puller, handling systems.
S.V. Aluext offers all types of extrusion from 20 mm C.C.D to 180 mm C.C.D. Solid &25mm to
130mm C.C.D. hollow profiles.
The Company has got in house die manufacturing facility with all support lines like CNC
wirecut,CNC milling, Vaccume heat treatment & Plasma nitrating facility to make sure that
the extrusion dies can be cut within the given time to the customers. For special alloys SV
Aluext has got in house Billet casting facility under its umbrella as well.
Very soon SV ALuext will have another 660T extrusion line with all similar features of its
existing 1450T line to offer even more complex and smaller extrusions to the customers. |
